Burst pipes and leaks
A burst pipe needs the water off at the stopcock immediately. Call us and we will get there fast - we carry common fittings and pipe sections to make a permanent repair the same visit.
Boiler breakdowns
No heating or hot water is miserable in winter. We diagnose and repair boiler faults across Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal and most other brands. Many faults are fixed first visit with parts we carry in the van.
Gas leaks and gas pipework
If you suspect a gas leak, call 0800 111 999 first. Once the supply is safe, we can carry out the pipework repair, tightness test and reinstatement to get your gas back on.
Frozen or blocked condensate pipes
In cold weather a frozen condensate pipe is the most common reason a modern boiler will not fire. We can attend and clear it - or talk you through doing it yourself safely over the phone.
Radiators not heating
If your heating is running but radiators are cold, the cause is usually a pump fault, a stuck zone valve or a system pressure problem. We diagnose and repair the same day where possible.
Emergency landlord certificates
If a tenant flags a gas safety issue or your certificate has just expired, call us for a same-day CP12 inspection. We understand the compliance pressure landlords are under.

How quickly can you reach us in an emergency?
From our Horley base we can reach most of Surrey and South London within 30 to 60 minutes for urgent jobs. Croydon, Sutton, Reigate and Redhill are our fastest patches. Call us directly for current availability.
Do you charge extra for emergency call-outs?
Emergency work is charged at our standard day rate - we do not add a hidden emergency premium on top. We give you an honest quote before we start any work.
What should I do while I wait for an engineer?
For a burst pipe: turn off the water at the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink or where the supply enters the property). For a gas emergency: call 0800 111 999 first, then us. Do not use any electrical switches near a suspected gas leak.
Can you fix my boiler the same day?
We carry common parts for Vaillant and Worcester Bosch boilers so we can fix many faults on the first visit. If a specific part needs ordering we will let you know upfront and book a return visit as soon as it arrives.
Do you cover emergencies at rental properties?
Yes. We work with landlords and letting agents across Surrey and South London. If you have a tenant with a heating or plumbing emergency, call us and we can coordinate access directly.
