New boiler installations
New boiler installations are priced by survey. The total cost depends on the boiler model and size, flue route, access and whether any pipework changes are needed. We carry out a free survey with no obligation and give you a fixed written quote before any work begins. As a Vaillant Approved Installer we can also register the 10-year Vaillant warranty on your behalf.
Pricing questions answered
Is there a call-out charge on top of the prices listed?
No. The prices listed are the full price for a standard single-property visit. We do not add a separate call-out charge on top.
Do prices include VAT?
CAF Heating is not currently VAT registered, so all prices shown are the total you pay with no VAT added. We will update this page if our VAT status changes.
Can I get a reduced rate for multiple properties?
Yes. If you are a landlord or letting agent with two or more properties, ask us about portfolio rates. We offer reduced pricing when multiple certificates or services are booked on the same day or in the same area.
How much does a new boiler installation cost?
New boiler installations are priced by survey - the cost depends on the boiler model, access, flue route and any pipework changes needed. We carry out a free survey and give a fixed written quote with no obligation.
How much does a water softener cost?
A Dualflo block-salt water softener supplied and fitted starts from £995, with a separate hard water drinking tap from £175. The final figure is confirmed on site once we have seen your pipework. Block salt runs to around £10 a month for a typical family.
Is the boiler service price the same across all Surrey and South London areas?
Yes. Our boiler service is a flat £85 across our full coverage area - Surrey and South London. No area surcharges.
What is included in the Service Agreement?
The annual £240 Service Agreement includes a boiler service, a landlord gas safety certificate, and priority call-out status - meaning you go to the front of the queue if something goes wrong. It is designed for landlords who want peace of mind with one annual payment.
