The warranty difference

A standard Vaillant installation carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Fitted by an Approved Installer, this extends to 10 years with registration. That is an additional 8 years of parts and labour cover on an appliance costing £1,500 to £3,000 to supply and fit. For a buy-to-let or a family home, that is a lot of repair cost you will not have to cover.
